End user getting different view in the Universe Outline in Webi 4.1 sp6

Hi friends

One of my end users , when he opens up a particular universe in Webi, his access defaults the view to a particular universe outline which he doesn't want. But he cant change it as the top level folder is not visible under his profile.

We checked the access from other users and they seem to be fine.

Any clues?

    All sorted now guys

It was to with the way the user was granted access.

Basically we have two universes saved in one folder in CMC.

So we setup the user access at the folder level, not the universe level.

But this user was not setup to have access to the folder level and was just given access to one of the universes.

Now I removed that universe access and have granted him the folder level access and its all good now.. Little things but hard to pick sometimes 🤪

Can you attach a screenshot? Are you saying when the user tries to create new webi report, select the universe, 'Universe outline option' on the left hand side when the query panel opens up. Under Universe outline , drop box which shows universe name and display by navigation paths'? Your user cannot see the drop down box?
