How to check interaction/contact data?

Very basic question, is there any way to check the yMarketing standard data object like interaction/contact/product?

Hi Justin,

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Marketing Edition you only have browser access, therefore you can only access a contact profile ui (where you'd see contact information with interactions and eventually products involved).

In SAP Hybris Marketing as an on premise version, you'd have also a SAP GUI and a HANA Studio where you can access the "data objects" (be it Business Object, ABAP Classes, HANA Tables and Views, etc.). What exactly would you be interested in?

Hi,

At the UI, you can check a contact's interactions in the Contact Profile UI, in a separate tab:

Or have an alternative aggregated look at the interaction in the tag-cloud of the Profile Dashboard UI (a.k.a. Contact Engagement UI in earlier versions).

In the back-end, if you're familiar with the concept business objects, you can use transaction BOBF (or BOB) and open the object CUAN_INTERACTION. You can also use "Test" functionality of this transaction to load a certain instance of an interaction.

If you want to have a very raw look at the data, use SE16 and load the table CUAND_CE_IA_RT.
