Error when loading costcenter Hierarchy data from BW

I am loading the Costcenter hierarchy data from BW, The validation of transformation file is OK, but

when I tried to load the hierarchy, I received the following message”

This version is SAP BPC 10.0. SAP BW 740 SP 12 ans CPMBPC Release 810 SP 0007.
