Dear Experts,
In our current SAP ByD system, we have an approval matrix based on the cost center. Hence, as per the current matrix the first approval of a shopping cart will be from reporting manager and then the Business Unit head (cost center head).
Now we are looking to also use Project ID in our matrix. In this case, when the end user selects the project id in cost category type, the first approval will come from the project manager of this project, followed by the BU head (of the Business Unit) under whom this project exists.
We have tried to configure it in our system but for some reason the system is ignoring the first level approval when the project ID is selected.
