Cannot View Database in a particular Client system

Hi Experts

One of my client system data base are not Showing, i test with 32 and 64 bit client

both getting the same result, but when i restart the client system am getting 2 error , which is been attache with this

am using

Version : SAP Business One 9.0 (9.02.001) PL: 09

Pls help me how can i solve the issue

      Any one has a solution of this same

      we had scan the system, antivirus is updated,

      also is a genunin windows, OS 7

      Also we check any update from windows happen as told in several sap notes to remove a particular MS security Update, but such files not found

      pls experts a solution for the issue

    Hello Shams,

    Close SAP B1

    Delete all the temp

    Delete data from location (%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\SAP\SAP Business One)

    then login again.

    Its not Window Update issue

      Hi sharma

      thanks for the support and replay

      i had done as per you said

      and also reinstall the client on the issue system, but now its showing local instead of ip address / server name of the server in the login screen

      also database is not showing

      pls suggest how to solve this issue
