Merge problem in test system

Hi Experts,

During Test system to production system Merge Operation, we get issues and the reason what SAP team had responded is the Development Solutions, that exist in two systems (Test &Prod) are not matching each other.

Unfortunately, we deleted the solution from Test system, which was already ported to the production system.

Even I could not delete the solution from Production System.

Now I need to perform the merge operation in Test System.

Please help me to solve this problem.
