B1i Framework?

Hi Experts,

One of my customers is attempting to set up their Mobile Device to work with SAP, although need to get into the "Integration Admin" panel on SAP B1. Each time they go on it, it says about "B1i Framework Not Installed". I found this strange because there was a consultant who left my company recently but I thought she'd have made sure everything was installed for this customer, and I'm struggling to find any material or ways to install it. Could I get some guidance?

Haven't been able to find a guide to help me install it, not only that but I can't find a way to download the setup file?

It's SAP Business One 9.1, PL12 for HANA

Any help would be appreciated.

Just go to installation source, and run setup.exe there, during installation wizard, one of the steps will allow you to choose to install B1if.

Hi Frank,

I've tried this, although it says another version of SAP is already installed. The one I tried it was with our original installation file (9.1 PL11), although their current version is PL12 as we upgraded. Is it possible to install B1if from the upgrade package?
