SAP Crystal Report 2016 Designer Download and Installation

Hi

I need to download and Installed SAP Crystal Report 2016 Designer. I have SAP Crystal Server 2016 downloaded and installed, and I have SAP Crystal viewer 2016. I did Download SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.2 SP02 ENTER .NET SDK RUNTIME WINDOWS. When I open the CMS- Central Management Console,-> In the MENU Folder to Add new crystal report, I couldn't find the option of Crystal report. Also In my Crystal server configuration I have FOUND 2 errors at stage completed

Please help me to fix this configuration problem and able to find out the Crystal Report Designer and installation
