Due and Overdue columns in FSCM work list

Hi experts,

In FSCM worklist, there are different fields available for due and overdue ranges in days. See print below.

These fields are in data type UDM_S_WORKLIST_ITEM_ATTR_C as I'm right!?

My question is: is it possible to change the range of the fields?

First field is 0-30 days, next 31-60 and so on.

I would like to change it to 61-75 days, 91-180 and > 180.

Is this possible?

How/where are the fields calculated?

Thanks!

Hi experts,

It is possible to define due periods and overdue periods per collection strategy.

Those periods are stored in table UDM_WL_ITEM in the fields DUE_AMT_INT1 to 5 and OVERDUE_AMT_INT1 to 5.

In the screen where I can change the interval (transaction UDM_STRATEGY), there are only 4 intervals available in overdue periods and 3 intervals in due periods.

The fields in the table suggest there can be 5 intervals....

How can I change the number of intervals?

I would like to have one more interval with overdue.

Many Thanks!!

Hi,

Anyone suggestions?

I would like to change the intervals, or add extra fields.

Where/how are the calculations made?

Thanks
