Hwo to get the date that a pernr is created ?

Hi experts,

How can get the date of a PERNR  that is created not date of last modification but date of first creation.

Is there another way than using filed AEDTM of PA0000 .

Example:

if a new employee is hired,  a  new PERNR will be affected to him.

Logically this PERNR is created at the date the action hire is launched. Till here it is fine, Bbut what what if someone changes a value of occurrence "hire" through PA30, here AETDM will not anymore  reflect the date PERNR is affected.
