Hi, Is this a webi document or Crystal Reports?. Could be related with Flash or Java. Check that you have installed both.

    • "Subreports" and a file name ending in ".rpt" indicates that this is Crystal.

What version of BusinessObjects or Crystal Reports Server are you using? What version of Crystal? Do the subreports use the same connection as the main report? If not, have the database credentials for them been set on the report object in the CMC? Is it correct to assume that reports without subreports are running without issues?

    Javier... they are Crystal Reports.

Dell... We are running Crystal Reports Sever 2013 with Crystal Reports 2013.

The main and subreports do pull from the same data source and I have set the database credentials up in the CMC.

Yes all reports with no subreport run fine. Also, the reports I am having issues with run fine in the designer.

    Thank you,

    Bob

    Hi Robert,

Could you verify the parameters passed in the report are correct, Please do an update data source in Crystal Designer.

Run the report in Crystal Designer and then Save this report with a new name in a new location .

Try to schedule and view the report and verify the Error if you get any.

    Regards,

    Subhasish
