Fiori Launchpad problem

Hello all,

I'm new on FIORI technology and I have installed the FIORI on ECC EHP7 following the URL Fiori: technical installation and configuration of one app from A - Z.

I can login in the Fiori Launchpad and add some blocks, but when i click in any block nothing happens and i receive the error "Can't load the application, try latter"

Could you have any tip to solve this issue? I already see the logs from SMICM or /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE transaction, but I can't find some error.
