I'm guessing you're installing IDM 8? If so, which SP, etc?

I get this error on the base IDM 8.0 and IDM 8.0 SP3.

Otherwise, I'm guessing you're going to have to raise an OSS note.

This running installer 8.0 SP3 and 8.0 on Windows 2012 R2 .  I tried setting the compatability mode to Windows 7, 8, etc.  I tried kicking off the installer with install.exe LAX_VM C:\USER\SAP\SAPJVM_6\bin\java.exe, nothing works.   I verified Java works fine.   I saw on the web fexerasoftware.com saying that InstallAnywhere 2012 is not compatible/supported with Windows 2012 R2.  Only InstallAnywhere 2013 is supported.  Anyone can help?
