Crystal Reports 2013 SP8 Windows 8.1 Display Issues

I am having some issue with how Crystal Reports 2013 displays content menus.  When i am in the design tab and I right click on a section the content menu appears but if I try to suppress or hide nothing happens.  If i try to right click and pull up section expert same results.  Another issue I am encountering and i believe they are related is when I try resizing the design panel the sizing arrow show up but the sizing arrow is clear across the design panel and no where near the dividing line between my design panel and the field explorer.

Hi DM,

That is bizarre behaviour. Did this happen in a previous patch or did you just install SP 8?

Try closing all programs, make sure you are a local PC Administrator and try repairing CR in Programs and Feature.

Also, what screen size are you using?

Try a different Printer as your default, CRD does use it for drawing/sizing the form.

What Printer are you using as your default?

Yes prior to upgrading to SP08 I had the same behavior.

I am using dual Dell monitors running 1920 x 1080 along with an old HP LaserJet 1320

Good Morning Don,

Yes I had the same behavior prior to upgrading to SP08.

I am running dual 24" Dell monitors.  Resolution is set to 1920 x 1080 along with an old HP LaserJet 1320.

Thank you for your suggestions.  I will try changing both the resolution and my default printer and see if that resolves the issues.  I will report back my findings.
