Hi Experts,
I just have an inquiry how to compare the payroll results that was paid in a certain payroll period and the current one.
Example : Current payroll period is 09 and the employee has 4 periods run in 9 due to retro calculations 6,7,8,9
I need to compare the paid amount for month 6 in month 6 with paid amount in month 9 for month 6 using SAP reports
Thanks
Hello, Gamal.
I had this kind of requirement last month and the solution is to query all payroll data using transaction code PC00_Mxx_CLJN, in my case the value for xx is 37 (country grouping ~ Brazil) - use the "Current period" parameter to get the wages with current values (Status record = A) or clear this parameter to get wages from a certain period (Status record = P or O) with original values.
If the configuration for all relevant wage types for HCM Reports(Evaluation Class on V_512W_O - on transaction code SM30) are accordingly business process, this report will help you too.

It is always better to go at the source of the data. Though t-code PC_PAYRESULT, access the Results Table for those pays and compare the results.
It is also possible to play with the settings of the Remuneration Statement in order to compare the results of PP 06.2016 in 06.2016 to those of PP 06.2016 in 09.2016, but that would only give you information on the WTs that are configured to be on the document.
