Error on SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP4 integration with HP ALM 12.53 patch 1

hi all,

im having issues integrating SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP4 with HP ALM 12.53 patch 1 when i send the documentation to HP ALM im getting an error see image:

Has anyone experienced this issue, please let me know if anyone has a solution or suggestion ?

Based on this SAP note for Solution Manager 7.2 you need the HP ALM 12.53 Patch 2 (2424894 - Maintenance and Supportability : SAP Solution Manager Adapter for QC / Partner Test Management) and the HP ALM 12.53 Patch 2 is not yet released.

UPDATE: HP released the HP ALM 12.53 Patch 2 and this issue will be fixed once you install the new patch
