Authorization issue? Error SID for characteristic could not be converted while planning

Hi All,

One of our user is getting error while saving planned data from an input ready query whereas it is not happening with other IDs.

Following are the steps performed by the user.

1. Ran a query in RSRT, it executed without any errors
2. Planned a value in that query output
3. Hit on SAVE to save the planned value to info provider and user gets below error

Messages:

Cancel An error occurred when getting data from the processor.

Error SID <> for characteristic <FLAG OBJ> could not be converted

Information >> Row: 21 Inc: IF_RSR_FIPT_TRANSFORMATOR~TRANSFORM Prog: CL_RSR_FIPT_SID2VAL_NC

When we check the authorization log for this we are getting following message.

All Authorizations Tested

  Message EYE007: You do not have sufficient authorization 

  No Sufficient Authorization for This Subselection (SUBNR) 

Following CHANMIDs Are Affected:

96 ( 0COMPANY )

38 ( 0COMP_CODE )

23 ( 0SALESORG )

Please note that, the same user is able to plan and save data in a different query which is on top of a different aggregation level on the same info provider. And the flag object which is throwing error is not an authorization relevant object.

Kindly suggest what can be done to fix this issue.

Have you provided the value : ( : meansAggregate) in all the organizational characteristics? If not, please provide it once and try to save the value.

Yes, all the authorization relevant characteristics have Aggregation authorization set already.
