Is possible the SAP CRM to send to my contact center CTI the Id Telephony from the agent that the logged on ICI Web Client?

The message soap that I Received, have the user on Header and some methods have the parameter userId, but the both bring the same value, that is username from SAP

Anyone can help me?

Could you please clarify your issue with screenshots ?
What is the SOAP message you mentioned ?
What is the current content ?
What do you like to receive ?

What is your current CTI vendor ?

Some CTIs match current CRM users with CTI user. This task is performed at CTI side, when customizing CTI.
