How to add special symbols in header line

HI All ,

I have requirement that I need the end file as below.

fist one is the header line , before Name I need a # symbol , is there any approach to add that one. rest all I was able to do

only thing was is unable to insert the # in the target file that too in the starting of header line.

please help me in this,
