Hello,
We’ve been experiencing an number of Analysis for Office incidents in recent weeks related to the Excel toolbar. Although we have identified suggested actions, some of the behaviors are resolved, while others persist…seemingly at random. As we work to find a permanent solution, we just wanted to put this out here on the forum to see if anyone else has had any issues similar to these, or could provide any suggestions as to what might be causing them. Any help is appreciated, and thank you in advance!

Hi Connor
Last year we evaluated AO 2.3, however our test results showed that it was highly unstable with Office 2016/365.
Therefore we decided to not roll-out AO 2.3 and rather wait for AO 2.4 SP01 instead.
We have started the roll-out of AO 2.4 SP01 to our users begining of February 2017 (either the 32-bit or 64-bit version of AO 2.4 SP01 depending on the version of Office 2016/365 installed) - so far no major issues have been reported back to us from our users.
Regards
Derek
