Trouble with TRUGT table

Hello everyone,

I added a field to the TRUGT table via append structure. I can see this field when i open the table in SE11.

However, when i check it in SM31 through customizing, i do not see the field.

Could you please tell me what could be the reason for this and how to make it right?

You will have to regenerate the maintenance view.

To regenerate it, repair must be done. Is there any other way to solve this without repair?

Check the last reply in this thread:

Table maintenance generator for standard table | SCN

1) use SE11 to create maintenance view (radio button "View" --> "Maintenance View") - in "Table/Join conditions" tab list "Tables" specify SAP standard table to maintain. Activate view object.

2) still being in maintenance view window go to Utilities menu and choose "Table maintenance generator", enter required values (auth. group, function group, etc.) and save. Now it is possible to maintain SAP standard table through SM30.

1) It is not a view table, it is a customizing table. So i could not find "Table/Join" tab list.

2) After maintaining the "table maintenance generator", the repair key is required. I need to do this without repair if it is possible.

Pranav told you to create a Z maintenance view over the TRUGT table. The users will have to use SM30 on this Z view. No other way, if you don't want to ask for a repair key.

We tried maintenance view, instead of database view. Now, it is solved. Thank for your help.
