BP role FLCU00 does not show

Hi techies,

Once the CR has got final check approved. But once User is trying to open the BP Customer, under BP Role section FLCU00 (BP Role) does not shows, only displays the line "There is no table entries". It is only happening for particular user, but other user can able to get the information.
