Maintaining Shop Administration Error

Hi ,

I have set up the parameters for the shop administration (shopadmin) using XCM.

http://cr2:50100/shopadmin/admin/xcm/init.do

jco connection was ok and when i save gives following message to restart J2ee server after saving and again, following error occured :" ISA Framework: Internal Error: java.lang.NullPointerException".

secondly when logging for maintaining web shops, getting following error
