Project closing alert Missing Profit center

Hi All,

While maintaining settlement rule to settle for final fixed asset, while saving I am getting this alert message.

I am unable to close the project because system giving message " Missing profit center in Status REL, PREL or TECO"

I have maintained the Profit center & cost center but still the message props up while saving.

Kindly suggest.

Actually the project cost is fully settled to Fixed asset, but while closing the project I am getting alert message as missing profit center. Its standard message.

Missing Profit Center for WBS items with Status REL or PREL or TECO.

Message No. CJ001.

Please show a screen shot of the error message?  Is it a Z message class?  It sounds like a validation failure.

Hi Sudhindra,

As Ken mentioned, please check whether the error message is standard SAP message or custom (from Z* message class).

Just a blind guess - As you are trying to settle balances to Final fixed asset, the system checks the Profit center and Cost center of AUC (Asset under construction) and not of WBS.

So please check whether these details are maintained in AUC master.
