How can I find total physical memory allocated by Unix to SAP and Oracle ?

Hi all,

I need immediate help in finding out total physical memory allocated to SAP and Oracle. OS is Aix. I am going to ST02 screen but not getting exactly how much is the physical memory. Kindly tell me calculation part also if required.

How can I further check allocated memory distribution by SAP kernel and Oracle.

Please note I need to search all these at SAP level and I don't have access at OS level.

Please help.
