the loan amount of retiree employee was getting calculated earlier, since last payroll it is not getting calculated, payroll run in simulation throws an error as invalid pernr
I think system is correctly processing only, because after retirement date how payroll will process with loan deduction. you have to elaborate your issue with screen shots and what changes you had done in the master data for the employee otherwise its tough to suggest you.
Hi This IT was maintained like this only, no changes are done. Last date of employee is 01.01.2012. for management decision the payroll is run every month to carry forward the loan amount.
if employee left in the 2012 year and why you are running payoll ? if no earnings then every month loan installment will carry forward as claim to the next month.
that's what the client is doing I tried to convince that employee went off long back. but they want to run it every month, and they were doing it until last two months.
Also I checked in PU03 the retroactive - run payoll up to date is maintained as 31.07.2016, which kept blank and again tried simulation, but same error came
