Error retrieving information of system from landscape management(LMDB)

Hello ,

I am trying to create Task list with the Virtual System as PROD.

But at the time of Creating task list in Solution Manager 7.2 it is showing error as "Error retrieving information of system from landscape management(LMDB)".

Does any one have any clue about how to solve the issue.
