Issue in Updating Work schedule for holiday

Hi Experts,

We have updated holiday calendar.

We have done Customization in DEV tested OK Move to quality Tested OK But in PRD

PRD Holiday Calendar is updated with holidays but factory calendar and work schedule not updated generated PT01 in DEV

Please let me know how to solve this issue,

Hi Sadeq,

Issue would be basis team might have moved work schedule generation TR to Live first then holiday calendar TR. Always holiday calendar configuration TR to be moved first followed by work schedule generation TR.

Yes you are right and we did the same we moved holiday calendar first followed by Work schedule TR,

But Still don't know why work schedule has taken some time for update.

Hi Sadeq,

Not sure what the actual problem is, but please consider these points below:

• For this SPRO step, you have to attach your change to a transport manually: Time Management-Work Schedules-Define Public Holiday Classes using the 'Transport' button (please see the screenshot). Then make sure that this transport is moved to the required client
• You also need to make sure that you generate WS: Time Management-Work Schedules-Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules-Generate Work Schedules Manually OR Generate Work Schedules in Batch (if you generate in batch , then you need to go to transaction SM35 and run your job). Additionally, check if the transport for this SPRO step has also been moved to the required client
• If there are any other customization issues, it always makes sense to go though SPRO steps in the order they are given for particular activities and find if any important step has been missed. In this case you may want to check SPRO steps under Time Management-Work Schedules

For the Reply, The issue is Solved,

Yes before it self i have updated the holiday calendar and save in TR by transport button, and generated Work schedule and save in TR Both Changes has moved to Quality works OK,

Moved to Production initially Work schedule is not updated but after some time its got updated need to contact Basis for why its got delayed.
