Early Watch Alert - Values and how to interpret them

Dear Experts,

In some of my customer's EWA i can find graphs and values about the response times of the related system.

If it makes sense that DIA is for Dialog response times, BTC for batch response times, etc... It's not really obvious how we should interpret the value in the "others" field. SAP Says "everything that is not DIA / BTC /RFC.

Here are some example of the graphs i m talking about.

Can you please tell me how we should interpret those values?

Thanks a lot.

Cheers

Hi,

you can check that directly from ST03n tcode in that particular system.

Try to search around next link:

Workload Overview -  Workload Monitor - SAP Library

Thanks Sergo,

I've already check the ST03 but from my point of view the explanation should come from the EWA tool itself.

As they are not contributing a lot in normally configured systems, SAP treats them as not so
critical even to explain in EWA reports

I think so, but you can ask them directly in OSS message, why not.
