Hi,

I have say 4 WF in system, 2 WF approvals happen in SBWP, 2 WF approvals happen thru hyperlinks.

Now WF which happen thru hyperlinks are those where user will get email notification and will get 2 hyperlinks

one link if clicked will take to SBWP, other link if clicked with take to Fiori.

How can I achieve these both, where if I use Extended Notification, how will SAP understand that only 2 WF need these settings.

I have gone thru all threads, help.sap and discussions on Extended Notification but all very confusing.

Anyone has any good thread which discusses with examples and step by step procedure, will be appreciated.

Hi,

When you create an extended notifications, you can add filter values. In swnconfig, you can find filter settings. Here, you can select task and give your workflow task number. Only these will be selected and the rest will be ignored.

Hope this was helpful.

In Extended Notifications you can list the TS tasks that are to be processed, the rest get ignored.

Does that help?

Hi,

Extended notifications is for dialog workitems in your inbox.

In the filter settings you define which Workflow tasks need to be transformed into emails.
