WebI displays data at the end of the table/graph

Hi,

I have a graph and a table in my WebI report that uses Month.Year as header(table) and category axis (graph). The data is from a BEx query so I also have to input prompts. My problem is, whenever I refresh the report and input a different prompt value, the previous data is retained and the new data is placed at the end of the table. When I preview the data through the Edit Query Panel, it displays in order

Below are steps of my simulation:

1. I input the following as date prompts

2. Graph and table displays like below

3. I changed the prompt values

4. Graph and table displays like below

May I ask for your help on how I can fix this? Thanks.

Prompt1.PNG (20.2 kB)
S1.PNG (31.9 kB)
Prompt2.PNG (31.4 kB)
S2.PNG (54.0 kB)

Do you have multiple Queries in your report?

If so try and refresh all the queries and if still it does not solves your problem. Check below thread to clear cache of your browser.

    Hi,

I also see that the Reservation To: prompt is displaying extra months than expected.

Your prompts are from 5/1/2015 to 9/1/2015 and report display until 12/1/2015.

How is your BEx query results looks like when you enter prompts for Reservation Date(From and To)?

    Thanks,

    Jothi.
