Configure OB Campaign


Good Day, comunity!

I have created OB Campaign, but cannot to join it like an agent

What I've done:

1) I have creted campaign and named it "Мажор" (it's Russian)

2) Dailer by default

3) Template field contain ExternalID and Phone1

4) Filter not use

5) Call results by default

6) Call transfer list not use

7) Blocked number not use

8) Settings initial informations:

ExternalId: {ExternalId}

Phone1: {Phone1}

I have imported two customers in campaign. There are only two fields: External ID and Phone 1

I have strated campaign and the status is active. Dailer status is OPEN.

I have full access rights for my Agent Account but when I try to Join to OB Campaign, nothing happens. I Fail.
