PTRV_Version vs PTRV_Change differences

Good afternoon,

Can someone please confirm the following for me?

If Trip XXX has 5 hits in table PTRV_CHANGE, should that same Trip XXX also have 5 hits in PTRV_VERSION?

I can see in the cluster under AEND that there are 5 "statuses", however, only PRTV_CHANGE shows 5, whereas PTRV_VERSION shows 3.

Also, in PR05 in the history, it is also only showing 3.

Please help?
