Hello experts,

on a SAP PI 7.31 SP04 with 2 servers nodes I am getting this error on one of the servers (always the same server) every time an SFTP or File adapter starts.

Error: failed to assign job due to java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: unknown job: SFTP_Adapter

Does anyone have an idea about what can be happening?

It is a bug of SP04?

Hi Antonio,

Goto NWA and check if there is a lock on the aprticular adapter. In NWA -> Availability and Performance Management -> Resource Monitoring -> Locks

Also try to restart the Adapter service for file.

Hello Antonio,

It should not be any in SP.

Can you try restarting the server once and check.
