Phases for dispatching

Dear Experts,

When using one Overall profile in CM25 , the capacity leveling board showing only the operations and the when another profile is used it is showing both the phase and the operation. And it is not possible to dispatch the phase but when the operation is dispatched the phase for that operation getting dispatched along with that operation.Which sub-profile determine this ?
