Maximum Idle Time (minutes) for the FRS

Hello Experts,

I have a doubt with the setting present in FRS ( IFRS & OFRS) server.

By default Maximum Idle Time (minutes):is Set to 10 Minutes.

I would like to know what is the use of this Setting and what would happen If I reduce or increase the Time
