RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ Not working after HANA Migration

Hi Experts,

We have upgraded and migrated our BW system from 7.0 to 7.40 on HANA and after this migration RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ function module which was working fine in previous version is not returning the content of any Infocube but it returns SY-SUBRC as 11. Has anybody came across this issue? Suggestions will be much appreciated.
