SAP IDES System Login happening after long time

Hello Experts,

Recently i have installed SAP IDES system (ECC 6.0 EHP7 and Oracle 11G) on Windows 2012 R2 machine.

Installation was successful and after installation i am trying to login to system below screen is coming for 5 minutes after that login screen coming.

After giving login details also its taking almost 5 minutes for login to system. Can any one please check and suggest the solution.
