Delete Employee Record - Permanently in SAP

Hello SAP Community!

There is an employee number that was created and was not assigned to a person. However, the employee number is still in the system and appears on daily error reports (see attachment). I am a new end user to SAP and unsure how to delete this record permanently from the system. Can you please help and provide step-by-step instructions on how to do so. I would truly appreciate it.

Hi Mona Bayoumy,

To delete Personnel number you can use T-code  S_PH0_48000106 or SE38 use RPUDELPN or T-code PU00 can be used to delete all data for a PERNR if no payroll results were created for that PERNR.
