Can emails be filtered by sender in SAPconnect (SCOT)?

  We are running RSCONN01 with a standard variant and it picks up every record waiting to be sent.  We only want to send emails by a certain sender, those emails regarding password reset. 

I noticed that the tables / structures used in RSCONN01 don't have sender - like SOXSP-SNDADRNAM in transaction SOST.

Any suggestions?

You could select the mail and send it in SOST selectively did that not work for you?

Also try to maintain email ID at the below place in SCOT and see if that helps

I am assuming you need to send only some emails out to the users ?

I don't think this is feasible in SCOT. But what's the problem with sending all the email? Not sure I understand the need here...
