Inspection lot question

Hi all,

I have couple questions with regard to inspection lots:

1. Is it possible to calculate average result for inspection characteristic from several inspection point  for one partial inspection lot?
2. When making usage decision in an inspection lot for a batch, which has been generated with 103 movement type, the results recorded in the inspection lot are not copied into a batch classification. Is it possible to copy results from inspection lot to the batch classification in movement 103-105 like it is done in 101 movement type?

Could you guide me on the same?

For question 1, yes.  Please do some searching, there are threads on this.  Including some updates on old threads made just today.

For question 2, yes.  Movement type shouldn't affect update of classification values.  It's normally done at UD or at time of valuation of inspection point.  If it's not happening for you, it's due to something else and you need to provide us with more details.
