Issue with WebUI screen

Hello CRM folks,

We have received an issue from business where for a particular user after logging into webUI page next screen is BLANK.

Usually after logging into WebUI page next screen views as business roles and for this user those business roles are not visible.

Kindly Suggest, Is it a technical issue or issue from CRM functional prospective or CRM config ?

please ask the user to login from different machine. there might be something wrong with his machine.

User tried to login into other machines but still same issue.

Which IE browser version are you running? If your running IE11 then review KBA note: 2097237 - Usage of IE11 for CRM Interaction Center

Can you also review and apply relevant notes below

2162835 - Blank Screens in CRM - stop the loading of empty AJAX response without having to set user parameter "CRM_THTMLB_JS_DEBUG"

1682845 - CRM WebUI: blank screen erratically

Some of the notes might not be valid for your current release, so you can check that before applying them.
