Hello CRM folks,
We have received an issue from business where for a particular user after logging into webUI page next screen is BLANK.
Usually after logging into WebUI page next screen views as business roles and for this user those business roles are not visible.
Kindly Suggest, Is it a technical issue or issue from CRM functional prospective or CRM config ?

please ask the user to login from different machine. there might be something wrong with his machine.

Can you also review and apply relevant notes below
