Hi Experts ,
I am trying to work on offline mode of the extended app of the SAP C4C .
I did all the configurations required , and was trying to create ticket in the offline mode .
When I create a ticket , I see the field Serial ID as read only , and I am clueless why is that so .
That for me is the most important field in offline mode , any idea ??
How to make it editable/is some setting to be done?
