Unable to open ESR & ID via VPN

Hi,

We are using PO 74 SP13. From last 3 week we are not able to open ESR & ID using VPN. But at the same time those who are working in client location, they can able to open ESR & ID without any issue.

We have tried to install all kind of Java version(JRE 1.7 up15, 45, 51,71 and JRE 1.8 40), clearing cache, etc, but vain. But in some system, it suddenly opening either ESR/ID, if we close those session, again its not opening.

We are getting 2 kind of issue,

1. Unable to load resource: This error is coming for most of the java version.

2. "No class def found exception error". If we are maintaining path in environment variable we are not getting this error, but jar downloads never ending(Either it not throwing any error nor opening)

Could you please some can help to resolve this issue?
