In the process of upgrade a HR Object is reset to original instead of adjusting the modification.
can any one suggest a solution to revert back?

Locate the Transport Request that had the changes & reapply them.. I don't think you will need an access key again.. You can use transaction SE95 to trace the RESET Objecxts & the associated Transport requests.
