Unable to launch IT Service & Change Dashboard and Change Control Analytics

Hello Guys,

I have configured ChaRM in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP03. While launching IT Service & Change Dashboard and Change Control Analytics from SM_CRM --> Change Request Management, it open new screen and than "This Page can't be displayed"

Could you please help to fix this?
