Unable to launch IT Service & Change Dashboard and Change Control Analytics

Hello Guys,

I have configured ChaRM in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP03. While launching IT Service & Change Dashboard and Change Control Analytics from SM_CRM --> Change Request Management, it open new screen and than "This Page can't be displayed"

Could you please help to fix this?

I was able to solve the issue by following SAP Note 1957856 instructions.

1. please check host file entry

2. make sure all ABAP instance profile parameter in place.. Mainly Hostname parameters..

Thanks Gagandeep for response.

I checked my machine host file and it has host name and IP. On top of this I added host and port in proxy details too but still didn't work.

In System we had maintained "icm/host_name_full" in Instance profile.

I further noticed that in new screen it says "Make sure web address https://xxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx:0 is correct"

Please let me know If need to add any other parameter.
