No data available in ITSM and ChaRM analytics

Hello Experts,

I have setup ChaRM and ITSM in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP03. I had completed BW activation in Basic configuration and rest of the reporting activities in ITSM and ChaRM configuration wizard. But when I tried to check ITSM and ChaRM analytics on UI5 than system keep on loading the screen but nothing comes up. Please find below screenshot for same

I did some findings which are as follows but unable to fix and even not sure whether this is relevant to fix this or not

1) Even after BW content activation for ChaRM and ITSM, was unable to see any reporting scenario for same(This was available in SAP Solution Manager 7.1)

2) Getting below error for one of extractor

Hope this will help you to understand scenario.

Please share your experience if anyone encountered such issues.

Hi guys,

One of issue is resolved by applying SAP Note 2373208.

But still facing rest of the issues.

Pls check MDX Parser RFC in SM59.. u need to replace lib.dll file on server.

Please follow the note 1032461

Thanks Tushar for SAP Note. Since SAP Solution Manager 7.2 is on Netweaver 740, so this Note would not be applicable here.

Could you please share other solution if you have?
