Master Recipes (Tcode C203): Restrict the Valid-to Date

Dear All SAP funs,

I would like to be assisted on the following: all our master recipes have the same valid-to-date: 31/12/9999.

How can I limit this date to e.g. 31.12.2016 for the ones that are not valid any more.

I do not wish to activate the deletion flag, only to restrict their use.

Hi,

By using change number you can change valid-from date not Valid to date.

Workaround example Create a change number using CC01 ,having the valid from date as 01.08.2016 and make the changes in recipe

2.Create another separate change number using CC01,having the valid from date as 01.09.2016 and add the phase/operation in recipe

In that case you can view the valid from date as 01.8.2016 to 31.08.2016 .

Hello Elly

You can change your master recipe using the desired valid-to-date and then set status "created" on the master recipe header. With this status, you will be able to use it for planning or to create orders.
