PM order not defaulting to the assigned Basic order view profile in IW32

Team,

i created a new order type to which i assigned my preferred Basic Order View Profile. But when ever i go to IW32 to change the created order, the order is defaulting to the standard PM view profile. What i am i missing to ensure that the order goes in IW32 with the preferred view profile?
