Alternative to Xcelsius ? My data contains more than 10,000 rows.

I need to create an online dashboard showing:

the monthly performance of employee (about 200 employees in total) between 2010 to 2015.

This means that my data will have 200 x 60 = 120 000 rows!!!!

Could anyone please tell me if there are any good alternatives for such requirement?

Working with large set of rows is not ideal for Xcelsius, as above article suggest
